 You have the options of hydraulically or pneumatically powered lifting. On both systems the lifting speed can be continuously regulated with a simple hand control.

Optionally, you can choose a balancing feature which lets you hold the workpiece and move it without using any controls. Perfect for assembly work! 

The control system features an auto-balance system so the arm will stay static and balanced when weight is added. This is perfect for assembly, pouring or filling applications.

The Ergolift products can be mounted on a floor column, hanging from a fixed ceiling position or from a rail system.

The standard range caters for product weights from 60 - 700kg. However, special configurations will be considered upon request.

The standard range caters for offset loadings up to 5,000 Nm, which helps to reach into and under structures. Special configurations will be considered upon request.

In the event of power loss, blocking valves prevent the arm from moving. All brake systems fail to safe and safety valves are used in the product gripping controls.

Bespoke tooling can be designed to cater for your product and application requirements. Tooling can include multiple axis of rotation / tilt to manipulate your products as necessary.

Ergolift can be supplied in your choice of colour, to match your company branding (options may incur extra charge).
